Chuck Aoki Takes Over For The Champs
American Chuck Aoki took home Tournament MVP for his excellent performance in leading USA to their fifth Canada Cup title. As the leader of a balanced American attack, Aoki was the constant presence in a rotation of line-ups for the champions.
Switzerland Put Up A Fight
12th-ranked Switzerland arrived in Richmond ready to challenge themselves and take on the big teams. As the only team in the field not heading to the Paralympics, they put up a tough fight.
Despite not winning any of their matches, the Swiss underdogs gained valuable experience against the world’s best that’s helped their program push forward.
