  • Allez Les Bleus?

     

    France also known as “Les Bleus” had a great start to 2022 by winning their first European title this past March in front of their fans in Paris. Now they’ll be looking to build off of that historic result and make a push into the sport’s elite. Jonathan Hivernat (3.0) is one of the world’s most improved players of the past quadrennial and Cedric Nankin (1.5) is one of the best pickers and defenders in the worlds regardless of classification.

    The French beat Canada on several occasions during the last quad and showed their mettle in a hard-fought win over Great Britain in Paris. They’re no longer a team that the traditional “Big Five” of USA, Australia, Canada, GB and Japan can take lightly.

    France is a potential dark horse to make the medal matches and make a huge statement as they work towards their goal of a Paralympic medal at Paris 2024!
